I want to clarify the seller's position and our recent communication to ensure we are aligned moving forward.
From the beginning, I have made it clear that the seller requires all prospective buyers to view the property prior to accepting any offer. During our last phone conversation, we agreed that I would coordinate with the tenant to arrange a walkthrough for your client. I followed up with a proposed date and asked for a time that would work best.
In response, you asked whether the contract could be signed subject to a walkthrough. I explained that the seller is not willing to accept an offer from a buyer who has not yet confirmed their interest by seeing the property in person.
Since then, I have not received confirmation of a walkthrough time, nor any updated offer or contract terms.
As of this morning, I reiterated that if your client remains interested, the next step is to schedule a walkthrough and submit an updated offer. At this point, I have not received further direction from you.
