Katie was the first Real Estate agent that took us seriously and treated us with respect. She was great. She guided me through each step and didn't mind my million questions. I loved the list of service providers (home inspectors,, etc.) she provided and I also loved the e-signing. Katie was very knowledgeable and if she wasn't 100% sure of an answer she checked. She was extremely timely in calling me back and also made me feel like I wasn't alone in this huge venture. Katie went above and beyond! She was so kind and patient with my questions. I would recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a house. She explains the process and makes it easy. I don't know what I would done without her.
