The Kaszyca Team sold my home. I liked the Mother Daughter team - I worked with Katie and she was great on getting back to me in good time always! Julie is very personable and seems caring,, for some that might not matter. For me it was key. I especially like her willingness to communicate with me by texting which was most effective for me.

I purchased my new home with Julie as I have worked with her in the past and provided excellent service. Julie and her team were very helpful in helping me comply with the new regulations of having to wire money for my closing. I will be working with Julie also to sell my house. She feels like family,, she never makes me feel rushed.
