Working with Katie was amazing. She worked up a detailed analysis of the market in relation to our house and area, (not the greatest area), which provided her with the information necessary to advise us of what we needed to do, and then tell us exactly how the sale would happen. She was right on every point. We were listed for two days, then everything went in a way so well I still can't believe. Katie is truly gifted, it was a joy working with her and I would and will recommend her and the Team to anyone.
