We were referred to Julie by a friend and we worked with her to sell our home.Julie sold us the house originally and we were now putting it up for sale. When we bought the house the process went wonderfully. We knew we could trust her and her team to sell for us. Everyone on the team was responsive, friendly and willing to help out in whatever way we needed. Their customer service was excellent. We were always given the information as we needed as soon as we needed it. When our sale went to the next step, things were done quickly. It meant the world to me to always be received, be it in person, on the phone or by email, with a positive tone and just happy people.That tone really helped us, who were selling a home for the first time. We just couldn't be happier with how the sale went. We had some setbacks that weren't in any of our control and Julie helped us just stay positive and keep things moving along. We would absolutely recommend Julie and her Team!"

Katie was heaven sent to work with. This was my first home buying experience & she walked me through all the little details of the process. I couldn't have had a better experience with another real estate team other than the Kaszyca Team at Cutler! It was my very first time buying a home and it was Jeff Starkey's first time closing on a house with a customer! Julie helped us sell our home after contacting her about a home we saw in an ad. She replied promptly to us and everyone on her team was so polite to us. Julie was very willing to help us and explained things very clearly and with much respect. We really appreciate how honest and curious Julie was.
