We had previously worked with Julie to purchase our first home. We recently decided to sell that home and buy a new home and worked with Julie again as she did an amazing job the last time we worked with her and also did an amazing job with my parents and my sister in helping them buy their new homes. I chose Julie and Katie as my Realtors because they have all the experience I could ask for and presented themselves very well. I knew the best tools were being used for marketing and I think their signage system outside created a lot of viewings for my home. All issues were addressed and I had no worries. I knew I could trust them. I am 100% happy with my selling and buying experience with The Kaszyca Team. Communication with Julie and Katie was excellent. I loved the experience.

While searching for a new home online I saw information that Katie Kaszyca posted about a house that I had interest in. I worked with Katie to buy my new home and she did a great job. She handled all my home search requirements and was available to work with me as my schedule permitted. The only way to improve on the service provided that I can think of is to clone Katie.

I emailed Julie almost 2 years ago and explained our needs. Julie kept in contact with us,, answered our questions and was very respectful of our timeline and our needs. She was patient with us,, never pressured us and was very professional. After 2 years of emailing and interactions with Julie we knew that she was the Realtor we wanted to work with. Julie and her team were fabulous to work with. Julie developed a relationship with us. We didn't feel like a number or a "client" - no matter how "needy" we were. Julie and Katie were very responsive and always returned our calls and emails within a few hours. Katie was patient and kind and was able to "talk me off the ledge" when I became emotional. They were a true pleasure to work with. The closing deadline/date was met even with all of the obstacles that we encountered. Julie gave great advice and she knows the business and it shows. It was truly a professional operation. We are very pleased with the service we received. Thank you for talking such a personal approach with us.
