Moving to a new area without knowing a soul is always daunting. And if you are in an area just for a short time to go house hunting, you want your realtor to maximize quality listings that cater to what you want. Katie absolutely crushed it with us. Our house hunting trip went from "getting a feel for the area" to "making an offer" literally overnight. Katie found us 4 houses which we were comfortable with putting in an offer, in case of bidding wars. We were fortunate to get our first choice, but we were able to get it for $30k less than listing. Furthermore, we had some circumstances beyond our control which delayed the purchase. Katie was instrumental in communicating with the sellers so that they did not get "spooked" and would pull out of the deal. I cannot thank her and her team enough. You can quit searching for a good realtor now. You've found her!

I was a first time home buyer when I stumbled across the Kaszyca team, and I am so glad I did. I worked with Katie Kaszyca for several monthes during the whole process of finding homes I was interested in, doing walkthroughs, and eventually putting in a down payment and getting a house. She was AMAZING!! I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, Katie was very patient as she walked me through the process from start to finish. Anytime I had a question no matter how small all I had to do was give her a text or call and she would have an answer for me within the hour!! I can only speak from my own experience so to any first time home buyer's out there, the Kaszyca team is the way to go. They turned my home buying experience from bumbling around in the dark into an enjoyable, exciting experience and they will do the same fore you!!

Roxanne was very kind and listened to what we needed in a home. She pointed out things in houses that would not meet our needs.
