Gina with The Kaszyca Team was very open to showing us any house we wanted to see. She was also informative regarding foreclosures. Once we found the home we wanted to purchase, Gina did all she could to get our offer into the bank and keep things moving quickly. We were treated very well. Thanks for your help!

My husband and I had our house listed for sale by owner for over 1 1/2 years and it never sold. We listed our house with The Kaszyca Team and our house SOLD in a few months! During the time we had our house listed, we looked at houses with Gina and even though she showed us probably 100 houses, she always did it with a smile, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and available no matter what day or time I called. The entire Kaszyca Team was wonderful to work with and it was definitely a great experience!
